1. My Coupon Genie Rewards membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of My Coupon Genie, L.L.C., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, employees, and agents. This Program is subject to and governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of My Coupon Genie.

2. The My Coupon Genie Program Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. By participating in the My Coupon Genie™ Rewards Program, Members consent that venue for all suits will be in the Eastern District of Michigan or the state courts in Oakland County, Michigan.

3. Membership in and application for membership in the My Coupon Genie Rewards Program is void if prohibited by law in the state or country of the Member's or applicant's residence.

4. The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as My Coupon Genie decides to terminate the Program, with or without notice. Members will have 3 months from the date Program termination is announced to accumulate and redeem a desired Reward. This means that, regardless of the amount you participate in the Program, your right to accumulate points and claim Rewards can be terminated by My Coupon Genie 3 months after My Coupon Genie announces Program termination.

5. My Coupon Genie reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, Rewards or Reward levels pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points already accumulated. This means that My Coupon Genie may make changes that affect rules for earning points, rules and procedures for the use of Rewards, continued availability of awards, Reward types, and the features of special offers.

6. Only individuals who are at least 18 years old may enroll in My Coupon Genie Rewards and become Members. "Members" are individuals who have been accepted as Members by My Coupon Genie. As a Member, you can earn points, which can be redeemed for Rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Member benefits and Reward may not be available if prohibited by law or regulation in Member's place of residence. You cannot maintain membership in multiple accounts.

7. My Coupon Genie reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who appears to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Program, or who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or federal laws, statutes or ordinances or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, theft, or dishonesty in connection with the account. If My Coupon Genie discontinues your membership, you may lose all accumulated points and any other benefits and privileges. My Coupon Genie shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

8. You may not sell, transfer or assign any points or Rewards. If you attempt to do so, all points or Rewards will be forfeited.

9. Members who do not have eligible activity in any 12 consecutive month period may be removed from the Program and are subject to forfeiture of all accumulated points.

10. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Program Terms and Conditions and as to the number of points in his or her account. You consent to allow My Coupon Genie to send you electronic messages from time to time about promotions, Program activities and changed or other matters of interest, including notification of point forfeiture or Program changes. My Coupon Genie is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transmission or messages, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail or e-mail for whatever reason.

11. Each Member is responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. If the security of that information is breached by Member or a third party, My Coupon Genie shall not be liable for any access to that account not authorized by Member, accumulation of points, redemption of Rewards, or other account activity that occurs as a result. If Member becomes aware of any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized access to an account or the redemption of Member's points or Rewards, Member must report the fraudulent activity to My Coupon Genie in writing, within 30 days of it occurring, and provide all further requested information and cooperation to My Coupon Genie to assist in any investigation that My Coupon Genie may wish to undertake. You are responsible for advising My Coupon Genie of any changes to your contact information.

12. Accrued points are not property of the Members. Accrued points and rewards are transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.

13. Specific Program benefits and services will be listed from time to time on the My Coupon Genie web site and application. My Coupon Genie is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuances of any service or product(s) which may affect Program Rewards offered, the accrual of points or any other aspect of the Program. These Program Terms and Conditions are not intended and shall not be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between Member and My Coupon Genie.

14. Program Rewards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and Rewards may be subject to income or other taxes. Such taxes and all disclosures are the sole responsibility of the Member.

15. MY COUPON GENIE PROVIDES THE PROGRAM, THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS "AS-IS" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY.

16. You agree that My Coupon Genie does not represent, warrant or guaranty that the Program or any such other products and services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that any defect will be corrected or changes implemented.

17. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL MY COUPON GENIE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY SUCH OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, EVEN IF A MY COUPON GENIE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

18. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. In the event My Coupon Genie is held liable for any damages related to such matters, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for services or products paid by you to the entity which you obtained the product or service. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond six (6) months after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.

19. If any provision(s) of these Program Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. The failure by My Coupon Genie to exercise rights granted to My Coupon Genie under these terms upon the occurrence of any of the contingencies set forth in this agreement will not constitute a waiver of such rights upon the recurrence of such contingency.

Redemption of Rewards

Monitor your rewards on your member dashboard. Once you have completed the reward criteria, email us @ support@mycoupongenie.com. We will email back the membership reward claim form with electronic transfer information for us to send you your cash reward. Reward claims will be processed within 15 business days and only be sent to you as an electronic transfer. Membership points may be converted to cash rewards in blocks of 500 points minimum at a time as long as the cash reward program is in effect. Once redeemed, your membership points will be adjusted accordingly. Points can be built and earned on an ongoing basis and converted for claims once the specific criteria match the reward desired.
